The course has helped me to think differently about leadership. I think in a small charity it is easy to get bogged down by the day to day process of our work, and the distinction between management and leadership can become blurred.  This course has encourage me to start asking 'why' more and thinking of new or different ways that my job could be done. There are some major changes happening within the organisation over the next two years which will give the leadership team the opportunity to view space in the context of different ways of engaging, look at how we can integrate teams to enable more collaborative working all underpinned by our enhanced use of technology.
