Here, I created a persona representing a typical student within the population we serve. Many of our students are active-duty service members balancing their education with the unpredictable and demanding nature of military service. Their schedules can change with little notice due to mission requirements, exercises, deployments, and other responsibilities. They may also experience unique stressors associated with their work and frequent transitions. As adult learners, they bring significant life and professional experience to the classroom, while also needing flexibility, accessibility, and opportunities to connect their learning to their real-world experiences and goals.
