Inspiring moment

I was inspired by Elizabeth Henderson's words and reflections about policy and procedures.

It made me think about how we gain understanding and relevance from the practice we observe and relate this to legislation.policy,procedures. Totally agree that the adult who treats the child with love, warmth, respect and dignity will hit all the target areas of a LA, Government policy/framework, due to the rich environment/relationships the child is surrounded by.
