I am really enjoying the course so far and feel it is very relevant for my job, and also a good reminder of the important and impact our job have on these little people’s life’s.  And their families.  It is also important that as well as being able to communicate effectively with the children that we also support parents as best we can too. So when we share the discussions chat and make time for listening it will be two way communication about the child.
