The Toolbox

I love the concept that we are one of the most valuable tools in the toolbox.

Note to self (and others if you agree) 

As a practitioner - listen, reflect, learn, make necessary adjustments but also be kind to yourself and have the self-belief that you are doing your best in keeping children at the forefront. Life is challenging for most of us... we just have to keep participating.
