3 words and end of the course

My three words are listen, open heart and included.

I found this course very informative and enjoyable despite of lacking of the time.

It made me to think about my practice and reflect on my own knowledge.

This new source of knowledge showed me a broad range of different ASN identified in EYS. Children with ASN don’t have to be only those with physical or mental illness/impairment but also those who need any extra help such as support while moving the house, etc.

I look more beyond the inclusive environment that gave me the idea how the child friendly early years setting should look like. While observing the children to play now I will be more looking at their play cues.

I feel the life webinar with speech and language therapist was really refreshing the course. I received new useful information from it which I will use in my practice. I didn't hear about PECS before so it something I will be looking at more closely in close future.

There is a crucial point of thinking how the children with additional needs can have an impact on the other children, their future thinking and life. It is important to teach all the children about inclusion and how they can help each other to feel welcome and needed in the community.

Elizabeth Henderson is one of the most inspiring person that opened my mind and let me to think more deeply about some children in our setting and how they can be treated to full fill their potential.
I enjoyed every bit of the course and I hope I would be able to enrol to the next stage of the training with some more further learning.

Thank you for the opportunity to participate in and for prompt support with any issues occurred over the course
