Open Educational Resources

OER & the Internet has made it easier for every one to share contents across the world.

Educators and learners have been able to source  and share and also adapt/adopt materials.

The user does not  need permission from the authors to use the resources. Just to reference it to avoid plagiarism.

I have really benefitted from OER whrer there is no old system of library.
