engaging learners through Social media

The increasing  use of digital technologies through a smart phone has increased the avenues for teaching alternatively in moments of crisis.


so far, it is of upmost importance to find ways to make learning meaningful, sustaining and constructive. 


how far can social media platform be used ethically to ensure there are:

A balance between study space and social spaces

respect for privacy

professional communication channels

ability to exit professional virtual space 

optimize social media platforms for communicating, sharing, educating, assessing learners with confidence

Perhaps we need to start singing the song of good etiquette of use of social media from kindergaten school. so that the ids grow up with it as a value

The use of social media, should probably be inculcated in the educational curriculum, and implemented in all the classes.
