Using ICT in Kenya

About 20% to 30 & of the children can be able to use ICT to learn because of the many challenges faced by most learners including lack of connectivity and other tools.There is need for stakeholders to work on the challenges, to avail the required resources to facilitate learning.The tablets in Elimu is a step in the right direction.

Yes Samson and i am also thinking of venturing on using solar in the remote areas.

Changing the human resource to implement and move forward is one of the biggest problems. Another problem is diverting the resources from the intended users is one of the greatest challenges that affects success of the project. In Africa, good ideas are not followed up well.
