Searching through the internet, we find that it is difficult to fin OERs that are useful to us. The Tips of finding useful OER given in this training will be very helpful in our teaching. while it is sometimes easy to find them in from many locations, I usually find it difficult to determine from first viewing to quickly decide whether they will be useful for me and my learners. However, the model offered for describing the process of searching, selecting, adapting and using OER will definitely make my work easier
