Teachers must also create a learning environment for pupils to know that whatever they are learning in school is not different from what goes on in and around their environment. This idea can whip up their drive towards participating in the learning in class.
Again, it is not the learning that matters but the direction of what is learned which must be to apply it to our everyday lives and actions, now and the future. As it was indicated the learning outcome should not just be what learners are to Do but what is it you are expecting them to learn is crucial.
