A great course

1. What information surprised you in the course?
I was surprised by how important movement patterns and movement coordination can be when assessing and treating low back pain. I also found it interesting that treatment should not focus only on pain or a structural diagnosis, but also on how the patient moves, responds to different movements, and tolerates progressive loading.

2. What information in the course was unclear?
Some of the information about clinical prediction rules and specific muscle activation was unclear to me. In particular, I would have liked more explanation about how much these classifications and specific muscle activation strategies should influence treatment compared with a more individualized approach based on symptoms, function, and progressive exercise.
