Four steps upwards using blocks. Each block is higher than the previous one. One the first step, labelled Developing your process, is a young rugby player in a wheelchair. Every organisation should have a robust process in place to help individuals report safeguarding concerns. In this session, you will think about how you can strengthen your organisation’s safeguarding reporting process.
