2 An audit of children's experience of multimodal texts

This survey is designed to allow you to investigate children's experiences of multimodal texts. It can be carried out individually, in small groups or as a class. The children's responses can be further explored by focusing on whether there is an emphasis on a particular mode, for example still image, printed word, sound, moving image, etc. You may wish to note any surprising responses!
