If you want to explore which companies are currently doing well with their diversity and inclusion work, Inclusive Companies produces a top 50 ranking each year. Look at the 2024/ 25 ranking (current at the time of writing) and review the websites of the top 10, or organisations similar to your own, to see what they are doing/saying.
