Biography

Andy is a Senior Lecturer and Staff Tutor in the Department of Geography. Andy's researchinterests broadly connectthemes of place, identity, landscape and visual culture. He is currently interested inthe concept of nature and how relations between humans and non-humans are understood through it. Heisthe academic advisor for a major new BBC seriesHugh's Wild West.Andyhas alsoworked on a series of six short films entitled: 'Public Park, Private Lives'.
