        1. What would be a system that could be implemented to help catch red flags early and consistently?

        2. How often do you inquire about GI issues or do an abdominal screen of some kind with lumbar/hip/thoracic patients?

        3. A patient following a knee replacement has a significant decrease in knee ROM a few weeks out with increased swelling, and pain.  Outline your triage process, differential diagnosis, and how you would handle the situation.

        4. An elderly patient sits up from being supine for a bit, and has dizziness.  They state that this is not a typical response.  Outline your triage process, differential diagnosis, and how you would handle the situation.
