Week 4 activity 2

My photograph represents an ethical focus by supporting people to be empowered and in control of what happens to them. This is a key part of holistic care and sits alongside safety and clinical excellence.

The photograph speaks to my relationship with the organisation and its aims i.e. personalised, holistic and empowering, these are values and behaviours that I am committed to role modelling and supporting others to display.

The photograph makes me feel, proud, purposeful, hopeful and humble.

It makes me want to support Willen by expanding our offering to more people, focusing on personalisation and empowerment, eradicating inequity of provision, improving diversity and increasing personal choice.
