Whilst I feel a slight lack of connection not having met you all, I have really enjoyed your insights and looking at the different ways you have approached questions and activities. I feel that the course has enabled me to be more present in some of the more difficult areas of leadership in my organisation. Importantly it has given me the resolve to create the space for staying with some of the more complex areas of leadership such as the tensions in the leadership team and the collective responsibility we have as leaders. On a practical note I have used stories much more which has been very powerful, I have also started to engage myself in different leadership discussions in all areas of the charity. My challenge to myself is to create more informal spaces for leadership practice so as to open up different ways of engaging.
