Dear all,

We hope you have managed to explore the Scots CPD course and got started with your work on Unit 1.

For those of you who were not able to attend the induction tutorial, you can watch this now (it’s in 2 parts);

As a next step, you will have received an email from your course tutor. Your tutor will moderate the forum discussions that are part of the application tasks in each unit of this course. Please look out for the dedicated forum discussion strands started by your tutor, as you will need to post your responses to the application tasks in the strands for your tutor group.

Your tutor will also assessment and give feedback on your formative GTCS professional recognition blog posts for Units 2 to 7.

If you are struggling with any aspect of the course, want to skip an aspects of the study/assessment, are looking for any other kind support, or need to get an extension, please get in touch with your tutor.

Last but not least, we'd like to reiterate that it is important you read the course guide so that you are aware how this course works, where to find things and when you need to do particular tasks.
