Feeling excluded

Due to my interest in Mathematics, i added elective Maths to my elective subjects in the Secondary school. I was hardworking, very active and contributed a lot in solving Mathematics questions in class. The course tutor liked me because of my participatory role in class each day.

However, I felt excluded when I absented myself from school for three days. When I returned to school, my mates had completed one topic and I couldn't catch up with them. I felt so bad and that made me stopped the elective Maths.
