Odered Justification of LCE in Ghanaian Context

  1. The development of life-long skills like critical thinking and problem solving since these are now valued in work environments and decision-making

  2. Children learn more effectively when cognitive activation is based on their local learning environment. Lessons that are not built on the application of their everyday knowledge just become routes, and relevance is lost.  Students eventually lose interest in general learning.
