Feeling excluded

I felt excluded in a statistic class when the teacher was making a fast explanation and only the good ones who understood the topic  were making contribution to the topic but I wasn't able to make my own contributions

That is a great example, Faustina. Your feeling of being excluded will have been invisible to the teacher. What would have helped you feel included in that situation?
