Week 4 Activity 4

My organisation is trying to reshape its relationship with statutory sector commissioners. We recognise the need to act as a strategic partner and to add value to the local health and social care economy but are struggling with changing goal posts, competing demands and lack of prioritisation. There is a bit of push and pull as we need to understand where we can add most value and solve the most problems (this seems difficult to obtain) but we also need to get better at evidencing our impact. Clearly people come at the issue from a variety of different perspectives and motivations the locus of which is maintaining our independence whilst contributing more broadly to better patient outcomes.

One stretch question I would ask Peta to assist with your problem is;

Are their any other independent partners you can work with to provide a more united strategic voice and together provide value in health and social care system?
