Getting the children to perform tasks they can do themselves, like sharing the papers. Another approach is getting the children to work in pairs. Thus, you find the children discussing their ideas and tasks. Finally, the teacher seems to make sure that the children are always occupied. Thus, he seems to have known how long it takes the children to respond to the task and comes back to the classroom to check if the task is done. He attempts to respond to every child's task, although they seem many.
