Episode 8 - Challenges to Providing Effective Feedback

I looked at Episode 8, on Challenges to Providing Effective Feedback. 

The presenter shows common themes being generated from scholarly conversations, with examples from a small sample size of instructors and classed. There was a wide variety of the type of feedback provided to the student, and the effectiveness and frustrations of these processes. 

The piece felt like it needed additional details of whether the research was conducted at a single institution, the demographic of the classes and a wider pool of instructors before recommendations could be made.
