Week 2 Activity 4

My roles include:
facilitator, advisor, pragmatist, challenger, but also a leader in areas of knowledge.  I believe I am seen as authentic by many and that I am truly empathetic, but not a push over!  

I have developed  confidence and have become more empowered to challenge, have understood that is part of the role of a leader. Through this course, understanding that leadership is a practice, I have become more attuned to how I operate.

Through the development of organisational values, I have felt aligned with the culture again as they mirror my own
