week 4 Activity 4

Our community team promotes themselves as a responsive service to meet the needs of our service users in which we endeavour to strive towards everyday but I often ask myself or get asked "what is responsive"

This leaves us in a  dilemma in that we have to be careful  we do not give the wrong impression or raise expectations  to our stakeholders and service users on what actually we can provide or do we get to be perceived as being difficult when we cannot meet an expectation.

I am hoping that this will become easier when we start collaborating with our stakeholders and across teams in order to work together so we can look at what does the service user or professional need?  and who is best placed to meet that need?
