Week 4 Activity 4

As will be the case for many charities, money is always tight and historically decisions have been taken based on affordability.  
However, investment is necessary to ensure we do move with the times; that we can accept text donations, tap and go collections when coins aren't available, and mobile working to improve efficiency.  The dilemma comes when we (the SMT) have to decline the request for additional people, but we approve significant spend on 'IT Overheads'.  This may not be easily understood by some areas of the organisation who are resentful of the spend and scared of the changes afoot.
