I looked at the BC Campus because I am least familiar with that. It is good to see more standardisation and plug ins becoming more common. In the past I remember having to grapple with multiple different kinds of audio and video format, many of which required paid software, particularly with streaming.

I have some experience in this area, and have had to bodge work arounds to help people at times, and so it is important to remember that these are general basic guidelines. For example with my own issues visual impairements cover many problems and so different forms of access are required. One size fits all is just not possible. Even beyond that for example though there are four different types of cataract, with each affecting vision in different ways.
