Capacity Building in the School

In a private setting, I had the luxury of time for deep Individual Support Plans (ISPs). In a crowded public school, "inclusion" often becomes a battle against overcrowding and limited resources.
Learner Capacity: In our private school experience, "capacity" was likely about enrichment and fine-tuning. In a Soweto public school, it often means identifying basic learning barriers (like undiagnosed sight/hearing issues or food insecurity) that hide a child's true potential.
