Reflecting on online learning and wellbeing

I've been revisiting parts of the MOOC course during our reflection week and was interested in why I hadn't contributed to this conversation earlier...Perhaps because although I absolutely agree with everyone about the benefits of flexibility, courses like this one do feel quite isolating. Our discussions and forum interactions tend to be very very task focussed. I think that for me, on other modules that haven't had the somewhat split focus that our MOOC involvement offers alongside the central course, I've had more of a sense of a group of learners rather than a set of individuals ? What does everyone think ?
