Course so far

I am really enjoying the course so far and feel it is very relevant for my job, and also a good reminder of the important and impact our job have on these little people’s life’s.  And their families.  It is also important that as well as being able to communicate effectively with the children that we also support parents as best we can too. So when we share the discussions chat and make time for listening it will be two way communication about the child.

you have made my heart sing, I am so glad that you have found the course is helpful.  We worked really hard on designing the course, using Sarah's experience as an ELC practitioner in Scotland to enrich the materials and to make it as meaningful and useful as possible to support practitioners working with children with additional needs, so it is great to see that you think it is going to be useful to you.
