Accessing your tutorial in OU Live

Dear students,

Some of you have experienced difficulties joining the French Boot Camp tutorials in OU Live, unfortunately. I don't know whether the following advice will be the answer for every particular case that occurred but here is what I received:

The warning. If you use Edge, the new Microsoft web browser, which is bundled with Windows 10 and which many of you may have as your default browser if you accepted Microsoft's free upgrade, be aware that OU Live will not work properly with it (even if you have the Launcher installed), nor will the Audio Recording Tool and the Voice Recorder (on Languages websites). The reminder. The recommended web browsers for use with OU module websites and other OU student materials are recent versions of Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari (for Mac), and Internet Explorer version 11 (but not earlier versions).
