Week 1

Having undertaken Week 1 of this course, I wanted to say that it has already given me a great opportunity to reflect on my leadership approach and issues within my organisation.

I rarely get the time to step back and consider things from a different perspective, and for that alone I am sure this course will prove invaluable in the coming weeks.

I hope to see more third sector leaders join me.
