The Wave Model

The Wave Model helped me understand that learners need different levels of support depending on their needs. While most learners can succeed with quality classroom teaching, some may need targeted interventions and a few may require intensive individual support. As a future teacher, I will try to identify learners’ needs early and provide appropriate support to ensure that all learners can participate and succeed in an inclusive classroom.
