Challenges of Implementing Learner-Centred Education

One of the biggest challenges of implementing learner-centred education in my context is managing large classes while ensuring that all learners participate actively. When classes are crowded, teachers may rely more on teacher-centred methods because they seem easier to manage.

To address this challenge, teachers can use pair work, small-group activities, and collaborative tasks that encourage every learner to participate. Professional development and sharing good practices among teachers can also help make learner-centred approaches more practical and effective, even in large classrooms.
