"Involving all" in action.

I feel satisfied when I see a dedicated teacher who cares about her students, like Rachel. She was observant and was able to identify a problem. After detecting the impediment her student had, Rachel was flexible because she created a learning opportunity for her student by using an activity based on her own interests, which helped build her self-esteem. She was observant and flexible, and she also contributed to building the student’s self-esteem. In addition, all the students were involved in the lesson.
