Introduction

Welcome to the free course Employability: succeed in the workplace – and congratulations. You have taken the first important step in launching your working life in a direction of your choosing. In this course you will learn about the Myanmar labour market as well as yourself, so that you can have a rewarding work life and contribute productively to the fast-developing Myanmar economy. All you’ll need is a willingness to be honest with yourself, a commitment to carrying out the activities as best you can, and a notebook to write down your thoughts and your responses to the activities throughout the course. This can be either an online document or on paper. There are also several tables and documents which are useful to work on directly and keep. We’ve collected these together in the Resource pack [Tip: hold Ctrl and click a link to open it in a new tab. (Hide tip)] , which you can download. You can either work on this directly and store it on your computer or print it out and fill it in by hand.
