An important part of evaluating the outputs and outcomes from your theory of change will be reflection. This includes your own individual reflection on the process and its effects, for example, by keeping a reflective journal or having regular discussions with a mentor or supportive colleague. However, such evaluation will also require collective reflection across your workplace, for example, through the types of discussion and dialogue suggested above (Leering, 2014).
