  2. Understand the options for providing services.
  3. See how best to deal with some common mental health problems, notably depression and anxiety.
  4. Learn to assess suicide risk.
  5. Debate the motion: 'lifestyle change is the only intervention needed for the treatment of anxiety and depression'.
  6. Finally, discussion with your study group or mentor to be sure you have understood the mechanisms of comorbidity and the nature of anxiety and depression.
