Hi i have registered with openlearn today, but i have chosen subjects and tried the enrol tab but it just keeps given me the message 'no enrol key needed', what does this mean? Nothing shows up in myopenlearn either. Thanks for any help! Julie
Hi Julie - if you have registered with us there is no need to enrol as the system will automatically track your usage. We have had problems with putting all our users studied units into their 'My OpenLearn' tab, this should be resolved over the next week or so, the information is still saved by just not showing for the moment. Hopefully all of the units you have studied will be there by mid Feb. You will also see (down the right hand side of the page) a short list of your units - only 3 will be listed.
