Well I think one of the things is education, and also competitive advantage, is that what we have learnt from Germany is that it takes a long, long time to build up the sort of competitive advantage they have in engineering and all those, and that’s, a lot of that is to do with education.  And we now run apprenticeship programmes, we’re trying to model ourselves more on the German model, that we've gone through a whole process where people used to steal each other’s trainees and now I think what is good in British industry is that there is more focus now on training your own people, and that’s a lesson that we've learnt from Germany.
