Statement of Participation

The Statement of Participation is automatically created by OpenLearn Moodle once the learner pass the course. The Statement is integral to our learner by providing a record of accomplishment which they can share and use on a variety of social media platforms and also use for CV's and CPD.

A learner will receive an email once a Statement of Participation is available to dowload, this can take up to 24-hours in the system but once available it will always be available in the My OpenLearn Profile section on the site. Unlinke badges Statements are not available on the student transcript nor are synced into OpenLearn Create profile sections.

How a statement displays for learners

There is a small amount of free text on the statement and this is usually pulled and edited from the Course description page for the course.
