9.3 Prioritise your tasks and identify how you spend your time
You can use the four-square grid [Tip: hold Ctrl and click a link to open it in a new tab. (Hide tip)] to help you prioritise your tasks according to importance and urgency, and identify and work on the tasks that are important and urgent first. You should also review your weekly commitments and work out how many hours of study time you have available each day and for the week. The activity template (which you can access from the link below) will help you to identify how you spend your time and how much time you have available for study each week.
