Biography

Hi, I live in Cambridge, mother of three grown up children and possessed of a driving need to study .. I am in my late 50’s but rather than seeing this as a disadvantage I see it as part of the next phase in my life’s Journey. I have studied with the OU before when my children were growing up and morerecentlyhave completed a degree in Criminology at Anglia Ruskin Uni in Cambridge. Due to poor health however I was unable to complete my dissertation and thus graduated without honours. This is why I have opted to do another degree with the OU as it can be shaped to my needs, my family responsibilites and my own health issues. Ifelt a bit daunted when I first looked at the new form of learning via the internet.. when I did my three psychology courses back in the day, everything was hand written!, but I am confident that with a bit of hard work, determination and lots of help I will succeed. i am so exited.
