Biography
After leaving school I went straight to work in any form of employment without any real direction I went to collage part time covering the basics of maths English computer studies human biology commerce and economics the teachers at college were passionate about their subjects and clearly this motivated me to invest in learning.
After completing advanced studies I went to polytechnic and studied social studies which was to say the least disappointing so I applied to do a more practical course in hotel management which I enjoyed immensely.
I enjoy travel and cooking which I have developed by combining both clearly I still aspire to being self employed held back by lack of finances however the key thing is having practical skills to keep a revenue stream that is a key global aspect to my adventures.
I look forward to extending my knowledge of bakery which for me is very therapeutic in coping with the frustrations of the day I am a keen kitchen cook so much good stuff out their really challenging.
