    • Are you on mute?

Welcome to this interactive online course on how to improve your online meetings. This 18-hour course is designed for anyone who uses videoconferencing for work purposes.

Everything you will learn here is evidence based. The team that put it together, who you will meet throughout the course, are part of a multinational research project on equitable online meetings. The research was conducted in multinational organisations in Germany, Iceland, Spain and the UK, which is why the course is available in six different languages.

The course will take you through different topics related to online meetings that the research found to be important in making those meetings more pleasant and more productive. There are six units in this course, examining topics like effective chairing, being a good participant, how humour can be used positively to help productivity, and when the meeting could just as well be an email.

The course will guide you through online activities, video, audio and quizzes to support and test your learning. The ‘Best practice in online meetings’ digital badge and statement of participation will be awarded on successful completion of the course.
