      • Welcome to the IAU Office of Astronomy for Development online course on Astrotourism. This course is designed for individuals/tour guides/businesses who wish to expand their knowledge of the night sky. The course provides a balance of foundational astronomy, cultural storytelling, sustainable practices, and theory-based guiding skills. No prior scientific background is needed. By the end of this course, guides/individuals will be able to interpret celestial phenomena, explain astronomical concepts in simple terms, and organise/facilitate engaging stargazing experiences.

        Discussion Forums
        Throughout this course, you’ll have the opportunity to engage with fellow learners in the discussion forums. These spaces are designed to encourage reflection, collaboration, and peer learning. You can use them to share your thoughts on key topics, ask questions, respond to others’ ideas, and exchange practical experiences. Active participation will help deepen your understanding of the course material and build a sense of community within the learning environment.

    It is excellent course but however I completed full course it is still showing 58% complete therefore I am giving is 4/5 for its intense content but I'd have given 5/5 if the the course progress was shown accurately according my learning.
