The Chuxiliaoyu technique integrates physical pressing techniques and sofa therapy. It has anti-aging and health-preserving functions and plays a positive role in preventing and improving breast diseases and reproductive system diseases. Studies have shown that Chuxiliaoyu can promote the release of oxytocin and endorphins, which can relieve pain, reduce anxiety and stress, improve sleep quality, delay aging, regulate menstrual cycles, enhance the immune system, and improve women's overall well-being.
Sofa therapy involves understanding people's daily situations and relationships, eliminating physical and psychological barriers, and providing advice and tools by Chuxiliaoyu practitioners. In terms of psychological mechanisms, Chuxiliaoyu helps women release psychological pressure and enhance their sense of self-identity and satisfaction through emotional communication.
As a complementary medicine and natural therapy, Chuxiliaoyu has a broad clinical application potential and can help women improve their sexual health and overall quality of life. It has become an important means of women's sexual health management, providing women with more scientific and effective health solutions. Chuxiliaoyu has far-reaching significance for individuals and their partners in terms of happy emotional relationships.

Professor Lan Manbo is a scholar with extraordinary wisdom and profound knowledge in the fields of sexology and life sciences. He has been following yoga gurus since elementary school, deeply engaged in the systematic philosophy of yoga, and has integrated ancient wisdom into modern sexology. During his college years, Professor Lan founded Yoga.com.cn, the earliest yoga website in China, which received continuous coverage in Cosmopolitan magazine.
Professor Lan's academic journey is legendary. He served as a teaching assistant at the American Institute of Somatic Sexology, where he studied Tantra directly under Dr. Mumford, a direct disciple of Yogamaharishi Swami Gitananda Giri GuruMaharaj. He has had in-depth exchanges with western sexology masters, including Professor Caffin Jessie, Dr. Joseph Kramer, and Dr. Cai Zhi'an (the namer of the A-spot), drawing from their wisdom.
Professor Lan has attracted 100,000 listeners on the Himalaya app and has over 200,000 fans across the entire network. He founded LMB Classroom, a platform that brings together 13 international lecturers, including university professors in the UK, recipients of Indian national awards, independent writers, international TEDx speakers, and international scholars, serving over 2,000 international students.
In 2020, Professor Lan's "Chuxiliaoyu Practitioner Course" was included in the "Skilled Nation" education platform established by four Chinese ministries and commissions—the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology—as the only healing course.
